3. How much do I pay?


All membership subscriptions to be paid or instalments set up by 30 September
Note that the membership secretary will 'assign' the correct subscription level to you and you will receive a request to pay through the pitchero app. Please reply to this if you have any queries or think you have been assigned the incorrect fee.

ADULT MEMBERSHIPS
Ages as at 1st Sept. 2022
The main adult memberships can be paid in seven instalments as below (total shown in brackets)

  • Adult Membership 1 - £72 (£504) - Ages 30 to 54
  • Adult Membership 2 - £52 (£364) - Ages 25 to 29 OR Age 55 to 64
  • Adult Membership 3 - £40 (£280) - Ages 17 to 24 OR Goalkeepers aged 25 to 64 OR players aged 65+
  • Adult Membership 4 - £34 £238) - Full-time students (playing regular Saturday hockey)
  • Adult Membership 5 - £18 (£126) - Goalkeepers aged 17 to 24
  • Adult Membership 6 - single payment £70 - an option for players aged over 55 - an unlimited number of matches with a match fee (see below)
  • Social non-playing - single payment £35
  • University - single payment £20, which entitles you to attend our pre-season training and play in matches when you are back in Kent.

JUNIOR MEMBERSHIPS
Ages as at 1st Sept. 2022
Junior membership payments are generally paid as a single lump sum, but can be spread over 7 instalments

  • Junior Membership 1 - single payment £238 (or 7 payments of £34) - Any junior under 16 playing adult hockey on Saturdays (no extra cost for also playing on Sundays)
  • Junior Membership 2- £203 (7x£29) - Under 13/14/15/16 playing Sundays only
  • Junior Membership 3 - £168 (7x£24) - Under 9/10/11/12
  • Junior Membership 4 - £140 (7x£20) - Under 8
  • Junior Membership 5 - £84 (7x£12) - concessions - subject to agreement with the membership secretary
  • Junior Membership 6 - £35 - junior goalkeepers subject to agreement with the junior goalie coach

Concessions

  • The 3rd (youngest) junior in a family pays Junior 5
  • The children of group lead coaches pay Junior 5
  • The children of assistant coaches pay a subscription two levels lower than the one they should otherwise pay.
  • We have special rates for junior goalkeepers who are over 11 and are buying their own goalkeeping kit - talk to Adam Charters.

We understand the difficulties some members may be facing and are happy to be flexible. For any different personal circumstances e.g. adult students, instances of hardship, etc, please speak to the Membership Secretary or your club captain in confidence to agree on a membership fee. membership@twhc.co.uk

Notes

  • Non-playing parents are NOT required to pay a subscription..... But are welcome to join as social members at a fee of £35.
  • Parents paying for their children should select which child the membership is for at payment time.
  • Match Fees for 'occasional players' - the match fee for home matches is £20; for away matches is £10
