TWHC welcomes all new members at any time during the year.

Seniors
* A full winter league programme
* A strong summer league and friendly social hockey programme

Juniors
* Weekly Sunday training
* Matches and festivals scheduled across the season
* Events throughout the year to bring the juniors together off the pitch

You are welcome to attend up to two taster training sessions before committing to membership.

If you’re interested in joining:
* Register via the TWHC website - "Join this Club" - see 'joining and subscriptions' for more detailed instructions
* Email the relevant contact below
* Download the pitchero app so that you can get training/match info
* Confirm your email address by responding to a pitchero email (check spam)
* Come along to training and get involved

Communication & Pitchero (Important)
TWHC uses Pitchero as its main communication and team management platform. All members should:
* Download the Pitchero Club App
* Ensure their email preferences are enabled in their Pitchero account
* This is how you will get info on training, match selections, club news and announcements

Key Points
* Every member has a personal profile they manage themselves
* Please upload a profile photo (this helps coaches and officials)
* Players will be assigned to a team or squad
* Match selection is handled via Pitchero
* Players aged 16+ must register with their own email address
* Parents will still receive the same information

Membership Payments
* Membership fees are paid directly via the website
* Payments are processed using GoCardless
* This uses Direct Debit and can be used for one-off payments or instalments
