It was really nice to meet some of the next set of juniors, who are coming through the TW junior pathway. Always a big thankyou to the old and experienced faces, who help me to encourage these juniors to be their best selves and gain important match experience.

Well it was hot, hot, hot, last night, even at 8pm. Well done to you all playing in the heat. I'm glad and I bet you players were pleased too, that we had 4 subs. The improvement from the first quarter to the 2nd and then the 3rd was massive. Well done to you all. The score doesn't reflect how well you all played and battled. The score was still 0-0 by the start of the 4th quarter. We got a little discombobulated in the 4th quarter, when a little tired and with a few people getting some experience of playing in a new position. Lots of room for growth and more fun, pat yourselves on the back. Keep putting your name down for more games and I look forward to seeing more great games. Parents don't forget, please approach me to learn about umpiring, come and be a beloved member of the club too while your child is having fun running around.
