Girls U13's Match against Sevenoaks

The Wizards were unlucky to come out losing this game. They had plenty of chances to win and if we pushed it a little they could have won by two or three goals. Saying that i think a draw would have been a fair reflection on the game.

The level of play across the team is improving game on game and there were many performances by individuals where they played their best game for Tunbridge Wells. The skill levels were good and the pace in which we attacked was very impressive. We just lacked that killer scoring instinct.

There was one thing we do really need to work on though and that is appreciating the threat of the opposition and defending as a team and not relying on the three at the back.

I hope the girls enjoyed the game and i look forward to seeing how they perform this coming Sunday against a club i have never played against before.
