As has been previously communicated, O’Neills has been chosen to be the club’s new adult kit supplier going forward. We are using a clothing equipment partner like this to lower the burden on the club and to ensure our members get good quality equipment and good customer service.

I am pleased to say that the club’s online shop is now live and can be found by clicking here.

You can also access the online shop through the “Playing Kit” tab at the top of the home page of our website or by visiting O'Neills and searching under the club name.

At this moment in time, only leisurewear is available to purchase, however I am hopeful in the next week or so that both home and away socks will also be added to the site. You'll see there is a wide range of options and include both men's and women's fits.

Playing shirts (including Goalkeeper Shirts) and Shorts/Skorts will be available from the summer ready for next season and we will look to put in an initial bulk order for these to get the best prices for club members (details to follow).

I thought it would just be useful to highlight some key information about kit process going forward.

Ordering

You can order your own kit to be delivered directly to you, via the online shop. This will mean that no-one within the club has to hold stocks of kit and arrange people to hand over socks and shirts on a Saturday morning! You simply select the items you want and any personalisation such as initials etc and they are delivered straight to your door.

There is free delivery on orders over £50 and every time you make a purchase you earn reward points, which you can spend on future orders. There is also currently a 10% first order discount if you sign up to the O’Neills newsletter.

Sizing

Before you order, I strongly advise you to check the detailed size guide on the store, to make sure you are ordering the correct fit. As items are 'personalised' due to our crest being on them, they cannot be returned so please make sure you check!

There will be occasional “fitting sessions” at the Club, subject to demand, and these will be advertised in advance. For reference, I have some samples in my usual size and have found them to be accurate, but it will come down to personal preference. A few club members will also be sporting various pieces of the new kit from (hopefully) the beginning of next month, which will also give you a chance to see the items and check sizes/fit.

Kit Queries

Customer service, pre & post sale is all via O'Neills. This is a completely outsourced service; the hockey club is unable to help with anything in relation to any individual order. We will seek feedback on the ordering and delivery process once the shop has been running for a while to ensure that everything is working smoothly.
